The Meeting provides Members and non-members with an opportunity to participate in the discussion about the strategic direction of the Society in 2019. At this meeting members will have the opportunity to elect a new mamangement committee and review the annual report.

• Vice President
• Marketing
• Membership
• Treasurer
• Production
• Sponsorship
• Event Management

We are also looking for volunteers with experience in event management, digital marketing, and sponsorship. Even if you don't have experience, we want to hear from you.

We welcome all financial members and non-members to join us.
